Niriides Studios consists of 3 buildings on 19 acres beachfront property – a/c studios & family apartments with kitchen, accommodating from 2 – 5 guests. Our newest addition of vacation rentals is a private beach cottage with loft bed, newly constructed in July 2015. Enjoy relaxing and memorable beach holidays with your friends, families, loved ones.

Paros

Paros is the 3rd largest Cycladic island and is located in the heart of the Aegean Sea. With an area of 185 sq km, Paros is the 3rd largest island in the Cyclades. Its neighbours are Naxos, Syros, Ios, Mykonos. Paros has been inhabited since at least 4000BC, and is one of the most beautiful and most visited Cycladic islands.

Sightseeing

Parikia town/port - located 2 km from our beach studios, Parikia is the capital of Paros offering a variety of restaurants, cafés, bars, bakeries and shops. The main bus terminal is located next to the port, from there you can access all popular destinations on the island.
