Paros is the 3rd largest Cycladic island and is located in the heart of the Aegean Sea. With an area of 185 sq km, Paros is the 3rd largest island in the Cyclades. Its neighbours are Naxos, Syros, Ios, Mykonos. Paros has been inhabited since at least 4000BC, and is one of the most beautiful and most visited Cycladic islands. There is something for travellers of all ages to enjoy. The capital and main port is Parikia, easily accessible by ferry from Pireaus and other Greek islands.
